Artificer So'rem carries a Boltgun and Thunder Hammer, as well
as keeping a Mechanicus Power Axe in storage. All but the latter
crafted by himself.
Meros keeps his chainaxe on his person near enough at all times,
since he salvaged it from a dead Carcharadon. Amongst
collections of Bolt weapons and Chainswords gathered from
numerous battlefields, Meros has a Hand Flamer, Inferno Pistol,
Plasma Pistol, Storm Shield and Power Fist.

Muffin carries a double barrelled heavy Flamer or a normal heavy
Flamer and a Eviscerator.
J has a psyker Hood... does that count?
Zielley carries a metal bat and barbed wire.
Rasta has two curved, slaanesh blessed swords as well as a
plasma pistol.

A proper psychic hood is only for Space Marines, as it's built
into their power armour. I don't doubt that there are similar
devices for human psykers to stop them from imploding with
psychic energy every 5 seconds.

Maybe then not only space marines, but only on suits of power
armour.
The wiki states that they are used by Space Marines and are
fitted into their armour. It also states it is used by psychic
Inquisitors, however it's not clear about if it's built into a
suit of power armour or if it can be used as a seperate device.
I am confident though that it is required that the hood be
attached to power armour.
Edit:
Meros' bionic arm has an in built lightning claw. Meros and
So'rem make several points about inserting a grav-pistol within
the palm, but whether this is attached to another bionic in
storage or hasn't even been created is unknown.
