I have to say that despite playing as filthy, filthy heretics
this looks really quite good, for a first person shooter.
It would appear that the player character is a Librarian, with
access to a wide variety of Terminator weapons from the basic
Storm Bolter and Power Sword to an Assault Cannon and a Force
Stave. The graphics reminded me of Doom when I first saw it,
which certainly means it's grimdark.

With Fire Warrior as 40k's only FPS to date, and a rather
successful one too, do you think this'll be as good as it looks?

Or so we think. How do we know that the Dark Angels alive now
aren't the renegades in disgust, hunting down the loyalists in
order to secure their secret. The Dark Angels are too secretive
to be trusted. And they also have those little hooded daemon
things on Caliban that tell them ancient secrets...

This year seems to be a good one for games, especially those of
the games workshop variety

Indeed, it's rather promising this time around.
I can't wait to get my hands on a Heavy Flamer. And, being
Deathwatch, there's the possibility of a plasma cannon, which
looks pretty nice here.
