Appearance:His body is completely covered with white tape(A
nano-fiber and synthetic blend offering maximum comfort and a
fair bit of protection{It can block a slash with a sword, Face
is covered like that of Zabuza Momochi, and has Kakashi Hatake's
hair. Usually wears a white shirt(Short sleves{Comming just
above the elbow}, Transparent high quality plastic buttons, a
pocket on the left side), a pair of blue loose denims(2 large
pockets on either side, and a small one on the back), black
rubber(Highly heat resistant) slippers.
Abilities:*Matter manipulation - the alchemists rule from Full
Metal Alchemist applies. He can transmute stuff he is in contact
with into other stuff(On an atomic level). (Law of conservation
of mass applies)
Eg: He can create a sword from metal and wood and
heal a wound using the flesh around it,
*Regeneration -Can heal himself of any physical
injuries. Can also heal after brain death. Takes a long time
though (when his brain is destroyed, his body and brain are
recreated and a small electronic devices sends several
electrical impulses to the brain to give him his memories
back.){This happens in another dimension where nobody can reach
him}
*Teleportation - Similar to night crawler's
ability. Can teleport to anyplace he can see, or 10m when he
can't see.
*Telepathic communication

Has the capability to fire several types of
special rounds in addition to standard ones. They are Inferno
rounds(Rounds that are configured so that highly concentrated
prometheum gas is released from an air chamber on impact
engulfing the target in flames{Prometheum can be substituted
with different types of combustible gasses}), EMP rounds(Rounds
that have an EMP generator inside of them{Can be triggered
without firing}), Electric rounds, Explosive rounds(These
sxplode on impact), Tracer Rounds, Bolt Rounds(Explodes a few
milliseconds after impact allowing the bullet to travel into the
target's body before detonation), Armor-piercing rounds,Tracer
rounds, Tranq rounds(Makes the target fall unconcious), Poison
rounds, Paranoia rounds(Scarecrow's fear gas), Smoke rounds. He
can remake the rounds when he recovers them using his
ability(Tranq rounds and standard bullets are his main
ammunition)
*Katana(Made of 1060 high carbon steel, 13
inches)
