As my first act, the Calendar function is being created to
organise forum events such as the start of RP action threads or
scheduled maintenance days if they are required.
Formatting of this function is still in progress.

A multitude of reasons.
I can't be trusted to remain impartial, so we need some one
trusted to do so.
I tire of sole responsibility.
Other, smaller reasons that are leangthy.
