       Arena Regulations

       1) You can only bring in as many characters as defined by the
       thread creator, any further characters must be approved by the
       creator.
       2) The thread creators may retain the right to refuse to allow
       anyone to join the thread.
       3) Characters can not be killed by an attacker simply stating
       that "they die", they are killed if the attack is fatal and
       unavoidable. If you believe there is an issue involving this
       (ex: "An the thunder hammer came strait down on Meros' head")
       and the person survived by "Deus Exing" it please make a thread
       to voice your concern, a Mod or Admin will tend to the situation
       4) Psyker characters can only use a set amount of abilities (the
       contents of which can be denied by the thread creator) and may
       not spam them. One cannot directly target another character with
       a tk ability, unless they are an NPC "Scrub".
       5) Blanks do not negate psychic beings/powers, but weaken them.
       Blanks are immune to direct psychic attacks (energy, lightning
       ect.) but not indirect ones (such as tk'd objects). they can
       still be harmed by Force weapons, but take far less damage than
       normal.
       6) The rules of each match are determined by the match maker,
       but must abide these rules. If you wish to make an exeption it
       must be approved by a mod or Admin.
