any advice against heavy armour?

So my friend fields 2 knights and 4 landraiders in 3000pt games.
I faced him with harlequins, and lost. Badly.
I have decided I want revenge, so I'm getting my necrons out of
the box they've been hiding in.
Any advice to deal with the knights and landraiders?

Did you give all your Harlequin's, Harlequin's Caress?

Harlequins are like Skitarii - they're designed to be a
secondary detachment to a mainforce, like Craftworld Eldar.
Necrons may work too.
So, I simply suggest getting a Craftworld Eldar army. Having
every Anti-tank weapon with the Lance special rule makes popping
a Land Raider as easy as popping a Razorback.
However, the Necron route could work equally well - since the
basic Gauss weapons on every troop will automatically glance on
a 6. I play a Necron commonly, and this is what he does.
-play a bound army list. As far as I know this makes his army a
Decurion Detachment to his Reanimaton Protocol is on a 4+
-mass infantry. Sure, you could field tanks and stuff, but
they'll be murdered much, much faster.
-Crypteks. Give these chaps Reanimation orbs to get re rolls on
your protocol saves.
-Lychguard. At least I think that's what they're called. Necrons
which are actually good in close Combat with a 3+ and a 3++.
Might be useful purely for survivability.
-Wraiths. Again, 3++ and they can take CC upgrades - Whip Coils
- to boost their initiative by 3. Going through walls is cool
too.
-Heavy Destroyers. 2 wounds, high toughness jet pack infantry
with Lascannons and Preferred Enemy everything
-Void Shield Generators - a triple layered shield for 100 points
is worth it for protecting anything you're going to be keeping
your side of the board.

Segovax:
I used a mix of the different Harlequin weapons so I could deal
with any unit quickly. As it was I managed to get a perils on
every psykic test I took and so had very little protection from
battle cannon fire...
Meros:
I don't have any Cryptek or wraith models atm (I am working on
this) I do however have quite a few scarab swarms.
The lychguard are good for survivability with shields but lack
the AT ability of warscythes, I tend to run one unit with
shields and one without. This tends to work as a very good
distraction carnifex since it can soak up a ridiculous amount of
fire and has no problem murdering anything it touches,
especially when I put 2 lords and orikan with them.
