I need a hand

So I'm gonna do a comic detailing the events of retrocles III,
and I want... all the info that everybody says. I want it all
documented so I can write the story as best and as accurately as
I can. Unfortunately... work isn't being nice. So, it's fine if
you can't help, but I may need a hand getting this stuff saved
in case the old relay eats shit and dies. Screen shot it, copy
and paste, whatever, I just want it down before it goes.

*It took only a few days for the vox relay to mobilise, and in
that time, little had happened concerning the Necrons. All they
had done was to wait in orbit. The military command seem to
think that they plan to wait until the imperium makes their move
and tries to get the artefact off before swooping in, grabbing
it, and leaving. Such a plan would be incredibly effective...
but the marines are unwilling to hand them it so quickly. THe
plan is to meet them on open ground, and fight them in a battle.
A stupid idea, but the marines insist and they are by far the
majority. Only three chapters have been sent, three thousand
marine versus almost 20,000 necrons (or so the estimates go),
although hopefully the might of the vox relay can turn the tide.
Only the metalus gravus has shown up so far*
(feel free to turn up in your own ship or be on mine)
*Across the closed data relay, two files are given*

Meros sits in the Bloody Carnage's c0ckpit, the ship within the
hangar bay of the Metalus Gravus. Music blares through a set of
earphones in his ears.
Chris sits and fiddles with a bolter, while Jonas reads a book
entitled "The Salamanders Omnibus".

Down in the Hangar bays, in a shadowy corner, the elite members
of the 501st Delta Squadron talk quietly. Giving briefings and
conversation. No one approaches them. Just the way they like it.
Colonel Maddovin is sitting in his briefing tent inside the
hangar. He is talking to all of his officers. This sort of
engagement hasn't happened since Recitanus III. He hopes his men
and women can pull it off. As he goes through the objectives, he
looks to every officer in turn. And is not disappointed by what
he sees.
The rest of the regiment is about their business. If not in
briefings, then it's training. No rest for a long time

"Windin' your way down on Baker Street, light in your head and
dead on your feet..."
Meros keeps singing, oblivious to the message. Chris and Jonas
share a look. After a moment, Jonas puts down his book and walks
over to Meros. "Oi, Meros."
"Well another crazy day, you drink the night away and forget
about everythin'"
"Hey!"
"This city dares it makes you feel so cold,"
Jonas kicks the space marine in the leg. A clang sounds - the
crimson marine still unknowing of Jonas' futile attempt, as well
as the scowl and grunt of pain as he simultaneously stubs all
the toes on his right foot.
"It's got, so many people but it's got no soul-"
Jonas gets his two fingers and pokes Meros hard in the soft neck
of his power armour. "Gah! What the hell do you want?"
Jonas repeats Falco's message while Chris chuckles quietly to
himself.
Meros gets on his vox and connects to the bridge. "Don't worry,
I won't fail you now mate! Especially when the chaps from the
Relay are here."

Colonel Maddovin: "Yes sir, I've got a few ideas. We need to
move fast and hit 'em hard when the make their move. That's what
we're good at. We'll make a tactical formation of armoured fist
squads and Leman Russes blitzing as far as they can without over
stretching. Basilisks a ways behind providing the long range
artillery. We'll also have 8th and 9th Company in reserve for
counter-attack. Maybe 3rd guarding the artillery pieces. Delta
Squadron (all 50 of them) can head with whatever special forces
team you have set up to guard the package. They're just over
there if you want to ask any questions." he points to a distant
area in the less well lit part of the room, "But that's it for
force planning. I just have to go through boring logistics now."
He nods as way of salute, "Sir."

lack infantry, and don't count on them not having tank-killers,

The incredibly fast bolt, that is the Rule 34 manages to slow
down just in time, before it would hit the ground.
Inside, Rasta flies arround, Muffin manages to hold steady with

The Cultists manage to fly it somehow, nontheles, it crashes,
but the landing is - compared to normal crashes - softly. The
outside hull only gets dented and they even Manage to stay clear
of beeing burnt in Lava and land on the dropsite.
Both Cultists emerge, Muffin already unslinging her Flamer and
making ready to engage in possible battle.
Rasta, slighly behind looks sick and vomits on the ground.
Both of them are fine with the hot air, but they found
rebreathers in their craft, which Rasta sets into place now,
Muffin has her, casually hanging arround her neck.

The volcanic dust kicks up around the Carnage as it comes to
land. Caught in a grey ash tornado it is hidden. The engines
power down and a shining light blares from the rear, four
silhouettes are dotted within the strobe of yellow light. In the
center marches a large power armoured figure, Cape blowing in
the wind and two bolters affixed to clenched fists. On his waist
is the outline of a jagged chainaxe and on the other side, the
snub barrel of an inferno pistol. Upon his back is the huge form
of an Astartes jump pack, crimson like the majority of his
battle torn war plate.
Chris and Jonas stroll out, each with bolters in hand and power
swords at the waist. The commissar wears a grin beneath his hat
and high collared jacket, the Wolverine shares a look below his
steel helmet and military green fatigues.
An elegant figure of a Slaaneshi Daemonette stalks them out, a

Blaring music from the Hawk accompanies their advance.

We could move forward, attack them, take over the initiative,
start killing earlier and on our terms, force them to defend
instead, and push as long as we have them on their back foot.
Then we'll have space to retreat when we'll need it. That sounds
like a better plan.

checking through everything about my Guard will take forever, so
if I do something too much just tell me to change/remove it...
actually I think that would happen anyway, but I'm just giving
my reason :) )
Colonel Maddovin looks at the approaching Megalith and sighs,
before turning to his command squad vox operator.
"Another last stand? I'm getting tired of these..."
"Shouldn't be long sir! The Emperor protects, right?"
"Of course, but he doesn't make it easy... alright, tell the
Earthshakers they can get to work."
Tasha notices the Megalith when his second in command, Sergeant
Major Brandon Weston, pulls him, "Will you look at the size of
that thing, sir!"
"Well... this should be very interesting. Alright, lets get
moving again, I think we might be short on time." Delta 2-4 jogs
on their way to Commissar Sanders.
Major Valedian had noticed the Megalith, and had found herself
very short of breath for a couple of seconds. It was enough to
make her get inside her Baneblade, and started cursing in the
Valhallan native tongue.
Major Cerrianus was still in his Chimera, organising his Company
into a nice defensive position, when the report about the
Necrons came through. He went outside and looked up... He really
bloody hates Necrons...
The SIERRA FIVE team (aka the guys from Gene Seed Heist, with
power armour) were standing at the command bunker, feeling quite
nice in their new armour. Sergeant Major Cerrianus looked up at
the Megalith and shrugged her shoulders... *I guess there's
always something to do for later, should we get bored*

"FACK!" Muffin cries out, really displeased, that up to now she
has been out of range, not able to fire at the Phariahs.
(What the hell happened with the scorpion-things?)
Rasta doesn't seem to mind at all but Muffin takes out the
eviscerator and abandons her post, carrying much less weight she
circles the enemy fire and starts slicing the Phariahs that are
attacking the Kharskins.
The Armour-nullifiing power of her sword cuts trough the

The Roar of the Motor that turns the giant chainsword fills the

Muffin surrenders to Meros... slightly...
which means she doesn't fight back, to him carrying her off,
doesn't even swing her blade at him.
But she clearly is not happy with it, which is carried trough
her words. Words that only Meros hears and words that Meros
never voiced to someone else, for they where to dark, even for
this bleak future of humanity.

Meros stops for a moment and turns his gaze to her. "Bloody
hell, even 666 wouldn't think life was that bleak." He carries
on walking back to Falco.

*I roll up in a leman russ*
"What's up? You all alright?" I look at the kasrkin "ah...
anyway! I have a mission for you all. Well, two. There's a large
formation of necron lychguard advancing, trying to break ranks,
I'd like risths and the kasrkin to deal with that, along with
some of my own kasrkin...maybe meros too. The next thing, a
necron emplacement seems to be being built in the promethium
refinery... and a copy of tryzan might be there. Either way,
take it down muffin crew Jonas orion and chris. Alright? Good."
(I'm gonna be without internet from friday evening 'till sunday
mid day ish, so we'll stop for now?)

"Promethium refinery? I think I speak for all of us when I ask,
can we blow it up?" Says Chris through the Hawk's vox unit.
"Yesssssssss, I would likes that toooooooo." Slithers the
daemonette, her voice reaching highs and lows through her
pulsating pleasures that flow around her whole being.
"Sure, I can handle that." Meros replies, putting Muffin down
and getting his other bolter back from Orion's outstretched
hand.

"blowing it up?" Muffins looks at them, as if they where
retarded;
"No, we need to cut into one of the containers, set it on fire
and the rest will work itself, there are almost no substances
that refined promethium cannot cut trough, given time, even
Ceramite and Plasteel."
She shakes her head;
"if we blew it up with some charge or bomb, it would be a waste
of both ressources. Let me handle that!"
Muffin looks over to Falco in his Russ:
"Point to where I have to go and I will purge the xenos filth of
the earth!"
As she says that, she walks over to her still mounted heavy
Flamer, attatches her Blade to her back and takes up the weapon.

"Sorry, I didn't realise there was a difference between sh*t
that explodes and refined sh*t that explodes." Answers Chris
from the Hawk. "You'll still need a ride, unless you want to
hoof it all the way over." He says as the gunship begins to
lower.

(same situation for me, thank you Falco)
The Kasrkin regroup with their sniper team. "With the rest of
the 501st occupied with the main threat, I could probably get a
few more Kasrkin teams down here. Including Sierra Five.. Who
have power armour... Lucky ******...."

Muffin joggs back, she's already started sprinting torwards the
distant dot, that Falco pointed at.
"A ride acctually sounds good."
She doesn't want to wait for Chris to land and jumps
hysterically upwards, trying to get in already.

Rasta waves them off:
"I don't want to get into her way with something like that.
Also, you probably don't want to either, she'll go psycho, I
bet."
Muffin foams at her mouth, thinking about the promethium.
Rasta walks to Meros; "I'm less likely to get killed here and
you should consider the same."
