Locking threads is stupid, because usually they have a purpose.
And usually the purpose is not the reason it was locked in the
first place, meaning once it's been locked you can't use it for
what its purpose was, in essence ruining the fun for everybody,
even those who aren't responsible.

Lucan has taken a break to cool off, and a codex of guidelines
is in order, I shall be handling the admin duties until Lucan
returns. In the meantime... The dust has settled between Lucan
and I, and the fighting is done. Let us please go on about our

The fighting is over but until me and Zorn are given some actual

I liked the Thread Lockdown thing.
Gives people that just worked themself up to much some time to
breath.
Think about what they did.
Then re-open the Thread about an hour or two later, when things
have cooled down.
I prefer that to the deleting of posts, since that 'll get plebs
confused.
Then again, I'm not an admin nor a mod and never should be. So
you guys ducke this out. I just added my mayonnaise.

The idea of post deletion was that we had to report a post to
the administrator before any deletion was taken place with a
reason why. One admin should at least consult his other admin
before destroying an entire conversation.
However, as Rumor said, there's no point discussing any more now
because rules are being made, and by jove they shall be
enforced.

If rules are being made that's even more reason to discuss. You
gotta come up with rules that most can agree on.
