Yes, Techmarine, Librarian, apothecary, and Chaplains are the
specialist.
Also, if someone wants to be the 6th company captain for the
Imperialis Primos, I wont complain, and they would count as a
veteran.

I don't yet have a full list of characters, and I want to keep
it clean while I set up the primary scene.
Also, Lucan, to you can have a 20man entourage. Your a
'veterans' as a captain

I dont have an issue with you doubling your forced Lucan, but I
would recommend bringing a wider variety of weapons, maybe a
las-cannons or an auto-cannon. You are either facing Orks, or
Chaos militia, both of which are random composition but be
assured, there will be CSM.
