This is how player support gets picked.

if your applying for player support i will take no role in
choosing player support team members, i will purely be down to
my admins and mods (that doesn't include existing player support
members).
when or if you apply for player support you will be voted on by
the staff team ( mods and admins ), you will need the majority
of the staff team backing you at the moment there is 2 admins
and 2 mods so 3 out of 4 staff members backing you, they will
let you know they are backing you by replying on your
application saying i support this player or something on the
line of that, if they don't leave a reply kindly ask them to
read the application or to leave a reply, they are allowed to
say they are not backing you in the comments.

is there any requirement that you have to be played this server
for more than a month? i heard u have to been on this server for
about 3 weeks to apply. so just clarifying.
