New Farchest Rules!!!!

The old rules I created are a 5 months old and I figured now is
a good time to update them.
Disclaimer: Farchest Staff are not responsible for lost items
due to stakes, risk fights, or if you take high value items to
wildy. We will replace items to donors in case of a eco-reset or
glitched accounts.
By creating an account and/or entering this website you hereby
agree that you are not in anyway affiliated with Jagex Game
Studios. You also agree that Farchest742 is not in anyway
affiliated with JageX Game Studios. By registering you
automatically assert that you are aware of the below rules and
agree to abide by them at all times. The rules may change at any
time without any notice. Please make sure you check regulary.
1. No harassing of staff, doing so you will be warned not
heeding this warning will result in a 48 mute. Further
harassment of a staff member will be banned for 3 days.
2. Respect all staff members, and players. No offensive language
will be tolerated. This will result in one warning for first
offense, second gets mute until an Admin can get around to
viewing your appeal.
3. Any offensive names must be reported in the "Report a Player"
section and an Admin will decide if the name is too vulgar for
Farchest and it's players.
4. No afk'ing for Loyalty Points, caught doing so will be kicked
from the server. Continuing to do this will get first warning,
second will result in 48 hour ban.
5. Any unfair banning by a staff member without proof will not
be tolerated, hard proof is needed of duping, spamming,
glitching, etc.
6. Any threats of attacking Farchest will result in an instant
IP ban no appeal will be granted to this kind of thing.
7. No Autoing/Macroing (which includes using a modified client
or 3rd party software and / or "Multi-boxing")
Anyone caught using a third-party application or modified client
to give them any advantage over other players will be
permanently banned on all associated accounts with absolutely no
warning.
8. No Advertising (which includes talking about other private
servers)
Talking about competition creates curiosity and it's treated
just as seriously as blatant spam. There will be no discussing
any other private server through any Farchest service (which
includes both forum/in-game PM systems) and anyone caught doing
so will be muted or permanently banned depending on the severity
of the offence.
9. No Scamming/Hacking (accessing another account without
permission)
If a players IP is found on another account without permission
all their linked accounts will be permanently banned. Do not
login to any account except your own as someone may be trying to
plant you!
10. No Disrespecting Staff
We're here to make the server run smoothly for you. We won't
target you or anyone else, and we certainly won't abuse our
powers. We won't disrespect you and we'll do our utmost to
prevent anyone else from disrespecting you, so please, give us
the same respect back.
11. No Real-World Trading (which includes swapping items for
other game currency)
Selling Farchest items/accounts/services for real-life money is
strictly forbidden and anyone caught doing so will be
permanently banned on all associated accounts with absolutely no
warning.
12. No Overly Abusive/Vulgar/Racist Comments
If a staff member feels that you're taking it too far you will
be temporary/permanently muted depending on the severity of the
offense. Repeat offenders risk a permanent ban.
13. No Impersonating Farchest Staff
Anyone attempting to impersonate a staff member will be
temporary/permanently banned depending on the severity of the
offense. You may not have "MOD", "ADMIN", "PMOD", "DEV" or
anything that implies you're a staff member in your name or
signature.
14. No Bug Abuse
Exploiting any unpatched bug will result in a temp. ban on all
associated accounts with absolutely no warning depending on the
severity of the offense. Not reporting a bug to the team is as
good as abusing it.
15. No Evading Punishment
If you have been muted/banned and you use another account to
continue breaking rules you will be permanently banned on all
associated accounts with absolutely no warning. If you want to
appeal your punishment please create a new topic in the Offense
Appeal forum section.
16. No Ignoring Staff
If a staff member approaches you in-game and you don't respond
(providing that you're doing an action that requires you to be
active at your computer) you will be temp. banned on all
associated accounts with absolutely no warning. We do this to
check that you are actually playing and not using a third-party
application to play the game for you (refer to rule no. 1).
While these rules cover most common offenses we cannot
anticipate every circumstance. We reserve the right to take any
action we deem necessary to keep Farchest as fair and safe as
possible. If you feel a moderator is being over strict or
abusing their powers please contact an administrator.
17. Anyone found with multiple items such as Void sets, barrows,
3rd age, etc. while prices are glitched will be asked to hand it
over to a staff member, not complying will result in jailing.
You will then be asked to hand them over again, if you pass up
the 2nd chance you will be banned for abuse.
