       Fix  - "Modify" option

       hey what i've noticed after the update on forums is that the
       "modify" / "edit" option to edit ur own post has now limit and
       there's a time limit to also modify your posts.
       i think the "modify" option should be available all times in
       order to make changes in guides/tutorials etc...
