Completionist Cape Stand - Glitch

Hey there, if I'm trying to get my completionist cape, I'm doing
such weird emotions and then tp to the museum top floor, then If
i click that cape stand, nothing happends. Please help me or fix
this

What do you need then, i got 99 everything including 120
dungeoneering, and killed Nomad.
