       Fight Caves Guide

       [glow=red,2,300]Hey there[/glow], I'm going to show an Fight
       Caves Guide, especially for "Feed my Ego".
       - Requierements:
       Actually none, but easier when 99 ranged, high defence and high
       enough prayer for the protections ranged, magic and melee.
       And if you chose to do the waves 1-62 with melee, Strength and
       Attack.
       - Things Needed:
       ~ Food (rocktails/saradomin brews (saradomin brews if you do
       range, is easiest I think).
       ~ High level armour, like Armadyl or Pernix, I heard meleeing
       the waves 1-62 then jad w/ranged.
       ~ Prayer Renewals and Super Restores, or better.
       ~ Bolts, best you've got.
       - Guide
       Okay so, teleport to the Fight Caves and start, Make the waves
       1-62, use prayer renewal's, and super restores, and if you chose
       to use melee for the waves 1-62 bring rocktails/sharks.
       when at jad, u need Magic Prayer, Melee Prayer and Ranged
       Prayer.
       ~ If Jad stamps on the ground, prayer ranged.
       ~ If Jad hits you, prayer melee.
       ~ If jad puts his head down and up, prayer magic (I can't
       explain better).
       If you die without finished Fight Caves, you'll be rewarded with
       Tokkul.
       If you finished Fight Caves and killed Jad, you will be rewarded
       with Tokkul and an Fire Cape which is pretty awesome and not to
       bad, you can also start Kiln to.
