The xp rates for combat skills should be tweaked a little to
make the game more fun and not that easy to get all 99s

yh agree with ron, i bet comp capes are not very difficult it
may take like around 1-2 days to get all 99s.. which is not very
good ... all might eventually get bored. so either the xp rates
should be lowered or more requriments should be added for max
and comp capes. like boss kills reqs or something like that.
