       (Staff) Administrator - Can control all of the forum.
       (Staff) Fantasy Moderator - Can moderate half of the forum, bans
       and warns members in the easiest way
       (Staff) Moderator - Can moderate the forum, bans, warns the
       members who broke a major, or a minor rule
       (Punishment) GG - Lowest rank in the forum, banned member and
       can't do anything
       (Punishment) Prisoner - A member/staff who broke a major rule
       and is a prisoner, they can file appeal for being unbanned.
       (Punishment) Spammer - Same powers of Prisoner, only difference
       is spamming
       (Staff) MEPL List - Can do anything in this forum, same powers
       of the administrator
       (Staff) MPL List - Can do almost anything in this forum, almost
       the same powers of the administrator
       (Staff) PL List - Same powers with the fantasy moderator
       (Staff) Power List - Same powers with the moderator
       (Staff) V.I.P - Very Interesting Person, has cool powers
       News Editor - Edits the news
