       Dragon Character: Azeku

       Azeku is a curse water elemental dragon, unable to use his
       affinity for water in any capacity without serious injury.

       Azeku is the middle child between two sisters, and helped raised
       his younger sister when their parents were killed in a hunting
       accident when he was just a hatchling. Without a father figure
       to look up to while he was growing up, Azeku can be very
       effeminate with his emotions sometimes, though he's getting
       better now he's older and has met a few other male dragons. He
       tries to befriend any other dragons that he meets, willing or
       not, and can be a bit forwards with some of his mannerisms.
       Azeku's curse:
       When Azeku was a few years old, he was taken from his older
       sister in the middle of the night, taken by a cult that wanted
       to control the minds of young dragons and use them for their own
       purpose. They thought that being a water dragon, and therefore a
       dragon of gentler personality, Azeku would be able to undergo
       their rituals without any long lasting effects. They were wrong.
       While they were carving the symbol on his cheek, the blood that
       leaked through the scales was not the normal red of other
       dragons, but black and ran like sludge down his cheek as he
       cried out. A lot of the lower ranking members freaked out and
       fled, but the leaders pushed on, ignoring the younglings screams
       for the pain to end.
       The ritual lasted through the night and well into the next day
       without stopping, a few hours in the pain had become too much
       for young Azeku to handle and he'd passed out, giving them full
       access to do what they pleased.
       When he eventually woke up, his throat was dry and he tried to
       scry for water, but that simple task left him with a throbbing
       headache and when he saw his reflection he found out why. A dark
       line appeared to be grooved into his horns, the same black goop
       that had been dripping from his cheek was now dripping from
       these new wounds. He also watched his eyes go from their natural
       green to their black and red colouring that they are now, and
       this had him seen as an outside when he eventually returned
       home, the only one ever to survive a kidnapping by the occult.
       Each time he used any of his abilities that had anything to do
       with water, a new black line would appear somewhere on his body,
       mainly on his horns and spines, though they've started appearing
       on his tail as well. He left his home shortly after his
       twentieth birthday to find some cure for what ever it is that
       had happened to him.
       Beware of riling him up, for another side of him comes out that
       he doesn't fully control, an aspect of the ritual left in him.
       The black of his eye takes over and he will be unable to tell
       friend from foe, becoming a lethal killing machine for anything
       that moves into his way. This is also the main reason why he
       tries to befriend every dragon he meets, he'd rather not have
       any dragons around that could irritate this flip side out of
       him.
