Heavy rains coming your way Philadelphia

I do hope everyone had a great time and gets home safe and
sound. A hurricane is landing down south and it's predicted to
quickly run right on top of Philadelphia as it dies - lots of
wind and rain!

Thanx for thinking of us Howard. As it turned out, we had
our 'best fest weather' ever that I can remember going back
more than several years. "As you know, it's 'usually' damp &
dreary, with light rain & temperatures in the 60's. For the
send
off breakfast today, we're also 'good to go.' Perhaps, what
you're
viewing on the wearther charts, isn't due here 'til the
beginning of the
coming week!
Our jammers hope all is going well with 'you guys' there!

Yes! The weather was amazingly wonderful. It didn't rain, the
temperatures were from the 70's up into the low 80's.
THAT was what we call in Ohio, Indian Summer! Speaking of...
Can The Cleveland Indians please dispatch New York and make a
stab for The World Series?
Julie and I weren't rained upon at all until we headed home.
That was on Monday morning In Hazelton, Pa. where it rained
heavily, and the winds were gusting 30+ MPH.
However, it all settled down as we headed west on I80.
A couple of years ago it was lightly snowing along this
mountainous route homeward.
