My God, is the 'All Day Spaghetti Pass' something only Fluffies
with Owners get? I can see the Ferals going bat-shit insane if
this happens.
Ferals get a trough, Tamed get a plate.
Ferals can only get the 'old' spaghetti out of the dispensers at
10 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 6 at night, just
before the Park closes, Tamed can have spaghetti at any time
they want, and it's always fresh and piping hot.
Soon, Smarty Friends will send hundreds of their kind to fight
to the death to recover a 'Spaghetti Icon' for the Smarty
Friends, who will sit in front of the dispensers ... and rage
impotently as they get nothing.

Why would ferals get anything? They're not going to put their
most precious commodity out in bulk for the unwashed masses of
fluffy.

Sorry, slight error on my part.
One of the concepts I had percolating around inside my head was,
on the very first day, they go to open the Theme Park ... and
the road leading to the park is absolutely choked with Ferals.
Thousands of them, right under the cameras of the major networks
who are filming this, like this proto-story I did:

In short, they either let the Ferals in and try to manage the
situation, or they drive them out, and given that the Fluffy
Ponies have marched across half of America to get there, they
won't be leaving without a fight (or at least a barrage of
whining, crying and showering everything that's not them with
'Sowwy Poopies!' in the process) which will alienate the
Hugboxers whom they are trying to market the Theme Park to in
the first place.
Of course, our Mystery Abuser/Cleveland Cleaver might have other
tricks up his nefarious sleeves....
