ALL RULES APPLY TO INGAME, AND THE FORUMS.
1. There will be no flaming over yell.
(1 Warning -> 24 hour Mute in-game)
2. Excessive Flaming/Trolling/Bullying - The use of any
Derogatory, belittling, disdainful, or malicious comments
directed towards another player.
(1 Warning -> 24-48 hour Mute in-game)
3. Excessive Disrespecting Staff - Any disrespectful,
contemptuous, or impertinent comment directed at a staff member.
(1 warning -> 24 hour mute in-game)
4. Buying/selling donator accounts. Keep in mind, if the person
donates to Andrew won't be a problem then, but buying/selling
donator accounts will be!
(No warning -> 5 days mute/ban)
5. Scamming/Attempting to Scam - Scamming another user during a
trade ; Ex. Trading a player for a specified amount of items and
not owning up to your half of the trade. Attempting to scam
someone deliberately.
(No warning -> 24 hour Mute/24 hour ban if continues..)
B) Scamming a donator upgrade.
(No warning -> 5 days ban. )
6. Spamming - Spamming is frowned upon, unless you don't over do
it, 5 second intervals. Use discretion.
(1 Warning -> 24 hour mute in-game)
7. Fake dice-hosting - Hosting a dice game, without a rank,
following as a scam
(No warning required -> 48 hour mute or ban)
8. No-clip escaping - Escaping from a clan at east, walking over
water more like a ''shortcut'' to escape. / staffzone/ ardy etc,
luring someone with noclip client. ( no warning for this )
( No warning -> 24 hour mute)
9. a) Excessive Trolling - Know how you troll, don't go too far,
if we think you've been trolling too much, we'll ban you!
- (1 warning -> 48 hour mute)
b) Saying emails in attempts to trick a user into sending money
to you or another person. (Example: trolling@hotmail.com is
Andrews' email, donate to that.)
- (No warning -> 72 hour mute or Ban)
10. Walking back to a spot (Ex;Ardy) when the moderators/admins
tell you to leave, because they are assisting a player, and you
don't have to be there.
(1 warning -> 24 hour mute)
11. Ignoring a moderator/admin, ex. they tell you to stop, and
you just ignore it.
(no warning -> 48 hour mute or ban)
12. Threatening to DDoS someone is a severe action and the
punishment will be severe, it is illegal and we do not allow it.
This also includes posting anything to do with DDoSing. Note:
Posting/yelling/spamming Ip's/Skype's gets in the same category.
(no warning -> 48 hour mute)
Disrespecting staff in your appeal, will add 2 days mute/ban to
your punnishment, it's up to your punnishment, if it was a 7 day
mute, it'll add up 2 days mute, if it was a 7 day ban, it'll add
up 2 days ban.
13. Real world trading - Selling buying or attemping to sell
anything for items that is not server related. For example:
Selling/buying phats for RSGP. Between server trading is
allowed. As is paying servers items for forum graphics.
(1 warning -> 48 hour ban)
14. Bug Abusing - Glitching a known bug so you have a advantage
over another player. This includes aswell kicking players when
they're tbed or autocasting them!
(No warning -> 48 hour Ban)
15. Asking For Staff - Andrew and Rex95, both choose staff
together, we take and review applications, and requests from
players.
(1 warning -> 24 hour ban)
16. Using VPN (Virtual Private Networks) to vote, or obtain vote
points. We do NOT allow this.
(no warning -> 48 hour ban + Removal of vote points + vote
suspension for 30 days.)
17. Discrimination - Discrimination based on ethnicity, gender,
race, religious views, sexuality, ect. This includes using
derogatory words being used as insults.
(1 warning -> 48 hour Ban)
18. Staff Impersonation - Impersonating a staff member ; Ex. "Im
a moderator, give me your items or I will ban you."
(No warning -> 96 hour Ban)
19. Posting pornographic links - Any redirectory, link, or form
of pornographic images/videos found on the forums. This includes
redirects that appear to be porn links, but link to a benign
site, or vice versa.
(No warning -> 120 hour Ban)
20. DDoSing someone is a severe action and the punishment will
be severe, it is illegal and we do not allow it.
(No warning -> 72 hour Ban)
21. Account Hacking - Taking or Attempting to take someone's
account without permission, It isn't ethical and it is NOT
allowed.
(No warning -> 96 hour Ban)
Note: Accounts that are hacked will be Locked until recovered by
the owner.
22. No duping nor possession of duped items - Duping is when you
use a exploited błg to duplicate an item
(No warning -> Permanent Ban)
23. Ban Evasion - Creating a new account to avoid an IP ban on
another account
(No warning -> Permanent Ban)
24. Scamming Multiple times - Scamming a user 3x
(No warning -> Permanent Ban)

25. Scamming 6x from your I.P - Scamming a user 6x from your I.P
(No warning -> IP Ban)
26. Threatening the wellbeing of the server or its members. -
Any comments made that threaten the wellbeing of Fallen-Pk. This
also includes attempting to hack the server or it's members.
(No warning -> IP Ban)
27. Advertising - Advertising other sites ; Ex. servers, ect.
(No warning -> IP Ban)
Disrespecting staff in your appeal, will add 2 days mute/ban to
your punishment, it's up to your punnishment, if it was a 7 day
mute, it'll add up 2 days mute, if it was a 7 day ban, it'll add
up 2 days ban.

privacy seriously and will take all measures to
protect your personal information. Any personal information
received will only be used to fill your order. We will not
sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
