F360 "Auto Power Off" Feature Not Working

I got a Falcon Zero F360 and can't get the "Auto Power Off"
feature to work. Manual says I can change it from
Off/2min/5min/10min. It is currently set to Off.
In setup I scrolled down to 5min and hit the Menu/Run button to
accept my change. However it did not change to 5min. It still
say Off.
Install the latest firmware today and noted the choices as only
Off/2min/5min (no 10min option) and still couldn't get the
Falcon Zero F360 to accept 2min or 5min. Defaults to Off no
matter what.
Is there a work around?

I'm having the same issue too. I even returned it and got a new
one and the Auto power off feature still not working. I've
looked everywhere online I can't find a solution. I may just
return it and look for another solution.

I can't even get mine to turn on, you guys experienced a red
light with nothing else on the screen?
