Just stopped working f170

Pretty disappointed with the product right now. But I want to
give the company a chance to make it right. I just bought my
F170 on Aug 16th. It has been a rocky start. Set the unit up in
my work truck and from day 1 the unit would shut off after about
10 seconds. Then just about a week and a half ago the unit kept
displaying a low battery warning all though the battery
indicated full "On screen". The unit also had been continually
plug in during this problem. Now the unit won't even power on
"Dead" .
Who have you people talked to about the issues on your unit? A
number? certain website or department. All constructive input is
welcome, Thanks for your time.

I'm a user just like you and have had zero problems with my
F170. For what it's worth it sounds like you aren't getting
power to you dashcam. The battery that comes with it isn't
designed to run the unit more than about 10 minutes (I believe).
In any case, I was wondering if you got the problem resolved...
just out of curiosity.

I also have had no real problems with the F170. I had one minor
problem and it was resolved quickly. I have no complaints about
the product. I suggest you email them directly stating your
problem.
