Falcon Zero F360 stopped working

My new Falcon Zero F360 worked for one day and today just
stopped working. The red light is on when starting the car, so
it looks like there is power to the unit, but nothing else is on
- no video or audio!, pressing any of the buttons doesn't do
anything to resolve this! Is there a way to reset hard reset it?
This is not very good quality unit if it fails on the 2nd day,
I'm seriously thinking about sending this back for refund...

I've had my three F360 for several months now and also the same
problem several times. I'm now getting the message "card error".
The manual isn't detailed enough for old geezers like me ( 66
years young ) PLEASE HELP. I am champagnetom@yahoo.com
