Plate info missing

My 170HD+ won't hold the Plate info. I put my plate info, Each
time the camera turn on my plate info is missing. Am I doing
something wrong?

I've got the same issue...plate number not saving. Also how do
you enter more than 6 digits for plates?

I have the same issue. My plate is 7 digits. I'll email James
and let you know.

I received a message back from support. The issue is being
worked on but there is no release date. The update will be
posted on the web site when it is completed.

Still no response about the fix for the license plate length. I
would say that it is not going to happen.

A long time ago I received an email telling me to have patience
that it would be fixed. STILL no indication it will ever be
fixed. I had high hopes for this company because James was so
responsive to customer needs. Looks like that is gone now that
someone else is doing customer support. I truly believe this
will never be fixed. A sad commentary on a company that started
out so good.

This company is more interested in selling new products than
supporting the products they have sold. I would never buy from
this company again. It is great to see that the dashcam viewer
software keeps upgrading. I am very disappointed in Falcon and
would never recommend them to anyone. >:(
