       F360 Red Light

       Just bought an F360, plugged it into a power source and got the
       card installed. Went to install it in my car (mirror doesn't
       even come close to covering my factory Cadillac mirror) and once
       I got it plugged in, just a red light in the top right corner of
       the screen. Unplugged it and plugged it back in several times,
       nothing. Currently have it hooked up to my computer via USB and
       still just the red light. Tried called customer support but they
       close at "5" assuming they're East Coast because I'm Central and
       it's 4:30. Anyone have any ideas? I was watching an install
       video on YouTube to do mine correctly and they guy didn't have
       this issue.
