Dashcam Viewer Registration Code

Downloaded the software from official website since I don't have
optical drive for the CD. Got version 1.8.2, installed and was
prompted about the new 1.8.7. Then was asked for registration
code to remove 5 videos limit. Where can I get the code or do I
have to pay for the new version? I just bought the F170+ from
Amazon a few days ago.

I'm pretty sure that to remove the 5 file limitation you'll need
to buy the $15 license. When you authorize payment you'll get
the unlock code to enter.

Redryder is correct. On the registration screen, you can see:
"The free version is fully functional but has a 5-movie
sequential limit. Purchasing removes the limit and the splash
screen."
This is listed right above the current version number (in green)

Yeah I experience exactly the same. Honestly its disappointing
that a software update requires an additional purchase.
Many users are starting to complain in the review forums about
this.
