Did i just make a mistake

I purchased the F170 HD and received it on 10-2-15. I also
ordered the 32 gb card because i didn't see that it came with a
64 gb card. (i was looking at so many different cameras, most of
which come with an 8 gb card)
Well with the 64gb every couple of days i would have to format
the card because it would run out of room and sometimes freeze
up. I have motion turned off, g-sensor turned off and it still
would fill up. i finally installed the 32gb card and
everything's been great since. no more running out room, no
freezing up. Perfect or so i thought. So this weekend i decided
to purchase a second camera and pulled the trigger on it. This
weekend i also pulled the memory card out to save a couple of
clips to the computer. Put the card back in this morning and
formatted it with the camera and now all day long it has been
freezing up about every ten minutes. I'm about to chunk the damn
thing and cancel my order for my new one. As of right now i have
the 64 gb card in it to see if the problem continues.
Anyone have any similar issues?

My second camera worked fine for awhile with the 32GB card. Then
it began freezing up also. Here's what i have done with both
cameras. Used 64GB card, 32GB card. With motion and g-sensor
turned off. Both had freezing and memory full issues depending
on which card was installed. Finally i turned off the screen
saver. (screen stays on all the time now) This worked for a
couple of weeks. Now i'm right back where i started. Both
cameras freeze up and stop recording. i have to turn them off
then back on to get them working again. they may run for hrs or
just a few minutes. It's completely random when they freeze.
They only consistent thing is that they both freeze at the same
time. WTF is up with that?
