Gps not working F170HD

I can't get my GPS to pick up. Replaced GPS module already and
still won't work. Tested 30 minutes while driving and 20 minutes
standstill at wide open field.
GPS is turned on

Where do you have the GPS module positioned?

I've had my F170 for two weeks and the GPS worked, now in the
last couple days it is very intermittent. It may work on start
up an hour later or not at all. The day after I posted my
message I called Falconzero and explained my issue and they sent
me a replacement GPS receiver and I've had no issues with it for
two months now. Working great and very happy with it.

I'm having the same problem - GPS is not connecting to the
F170HD. Brand new unit, set to the proper time, GPS sitting on
the dash Falcon side up, GPS setting is On. Used the unit for
hours yesterday under clear skies and no connection. What am I
missing?

I have the same issue, It worked once when I first plugged it
in. Just drove 30 mins from work and it never connected.

Is the GPS module sticky side down? That is the only way that it
will work. If on the dash it has a better chance of working than
it off the dash.

same here, for some reason the GPS is not working. I downloaded
the firmware and the latest from the website prior to installing
the camera. I have the GPS antennae on the dashboard in clear
view, but it is not receiving a signal. I've driven around for
a long period of time hoping it would work but it isn't.

I am having the same problem. Worked perfectly for first month
or so - now it will not acquire GPS signal at all. I have sent
message to customer service. Otherwise I really like this cam!
