Saikoro Kuroba

Welcome to the Saikoro Kuroba, or the Clover Dice! You can spin
to win (or lose) prizes like Jewel and Karma for a certain fee.
However, there are two levels:
1). Basic Die
Roll a 10-sided die for a small fee to win or lose a bit of
Jewel or Karma.

Prizes:
1: 100 Jewel
2: 2000 Jewel
3: +3000 Jewel
4: -2000 Jewel
5: -100 Jewel
6: -1000 Jewel
7: +5 Karma
8: +15 Karma
9: -5 Karma
10: -10 Karma
The negative Karmas will only be subtracted on the positive side
and won't affect the negative side whatsoever.[/spoiler]
2. Advanced Die
Feeling lucky? Roll this 30-sided die with high stakes and try
your fortune!

1: +1000 Jewel
2: +10 000 Jewel
3: +100 000 Jewel
4: +500 Jewel
5: +5000 Jewel
6: +50 000 Jewel
7: -300 Jewel
8: -3000 Jewel
9: -30000 Jewel
10: -200 Jewel
11: -2000 Jewel
12: -20 000 Jewel
13: + ??? Jewel
14: - ??? Jewel
15: +100 000 Jewel
16: -??? Jewel
17: +1 Karma
18: +10 Karma
19: +20 Karma
20: + 30 Karma
21: -1 Karma*
22: -10 Karma
23: -20 Karma*
24: -30 Karma**
25: Roll Again!
26: No prize.
27: Pick any prize.
28: Pick any prize with (-) in it.
29: +( ??? + ??? - ??? ) Jewel (The mystery number changes each
of the three times.
30: +( ??? x ???/ ??? ) Jewel (The mystery number changes each
of the three times.
The mystery number is a randomized 4-digit number, and it
changes with every roll. Its maximum value is 9999 and its
minimum value is 1111. It is represented by ???.
If you get a (-) Karma, subtract it only from your positive
Karma and don't carry it over to the negative. However, if the
(-) Karma is indicated with an asterisk (*), you must add it to
the negative. If the (-) Karma is indicated with two asterisks
(**), you subtract it from the positive and carry it over to the
negative.[/spoiler]
If you roll a side that forces you to hand over Jewel but you
don't have enough, you do not owe a debt.
You can roll the Saikoro Kuroba only once in 2 months (it
doesn't matter if you roll the basic or advanced die).
The prizes will probably never change.
At the end of 2014, the Saikoro Kuroba will become inactive and
will only reappear for limited times.
DISCLAIMER: Rather than using an actual die or wheel (and yes,
the singular form of dice is die), I use an online source or my
calculator which simply picks a random number between 1 and 10
(including 1 and 10). This means that results are completely
random and you can't blame me if you don't get the prize you
want.

I would like to spin the Basic Die, and I agree to pay the fee
of 1000 Jewel.
I understand that this is completely random and therefore I may
not get the result I am hoping for.
