       Allow members to edit personal layout?

       As announced, we'll be clearing out some of the stuff to
       simplify things and to make faster loading. If we do, we will
       still be able to allow members to edit their site layout a
       little; make content longer and skinnier or smaller and thicker.
       Should we allow members to do this or will it be too annoying,
       appearing on each page in the form of tiny buttons?
