       ADOPTABLE RAFFLE: Shira Harluque

Random adoptable Silver asked me to make.... she'll explain
       later.
Shira has short, wavy blonde hair with golden streaks that is
occasionally in bouncy curls. Her main outfit is a blue jacket
studded with fake jewels over a transparant white frilly blouse
and ripped jean shorts. She wears dark brown combat boots or
red and white sneakers. Shira has piercing violet-blackish grey
       eyes.
Shira's magic is Mineral Control - she can use all types of
minerals and rocks to attack. It is a powerful and mysterious
magic that she is still getting used to.
When she was young, she didn't have many friends except for
Mindy, whom she accidently killed with her magic. As a result,
Shira withdrew herself from society in general until she joined
       Fairy Tail.
Shira is thirteen and her birthday is January 6th.
Just comment; when there are 10 people I'll have a raffle and
whoever wins will get this character.
