You're stealing another sites BG that has been around a lot
longer than this board and the BG in question was created for
the other site.

The original background (the one I was considering) was actually
from dA (deviantART), and the owner stated that it could be for
free use. I have actually never seen a site use it, apart from
me trying it out on one of my test sites and one other site who
also only used the free background. THAT site had less than 20
members.
The current background we`re using as of right now is: (a) a
blue color and (b) an image from the official anime itself that
I simply tweaked to make it bigger. Therefore, it was
technically made by the creators of the anime, not anyone who
created a FT site.
First of all, we`re all sourcing from the same anime.
Second, I, and other staff on other FT rp sites, spent a lot of
time coding our BGs and themes.
So before you post something rash and a little rude again,
please think about that.
About the smileys? That's a different story, to do with
copyright. A VERY LONG STORY. The other site.... well....
Let's not talk about this now because many people retain respect
for that site, and

And just another useful piece of info...
Currently, if you search up "fairytail rp" or "fairytailrp" on
google, our site is the THIRD result, which is BEFORE any other
sites using the same BG. Sad for them.

I don't really care either way silvery. :)
Oh and you, anon. There is no reason for you to be so rude even
if you are a guest, saying "sad for you" aggravates the crap out
of me so before you even think about commenting again, think
about what you're saying and how it sounds to us.

I might actually have to remove the CHATANGO Chatbox. Letting
users have live chat is one thing, but letting guests post crap
is another.

Another thing I think is sad is that your site doesn't have a
domain name, not even a free one.
