We have a new currency now being used. Please read about it
here:

[s]Jewels, J, or

/>are the type of virtual currency used on this site. They canno
t
be purchased, you must earn them through doing activities on the
site. There are 4 main ways to receive and earn Jewel.
1. Participate in Site Events and Contests! This is where you
can get the most Jewel. Participate now!

2. Earn them through jobs and requests. These, mostly posted by
staff and sometimes members, are little requests that can be
anything from doing a commission to posting a few roleplays to
completing a poll. The amount earned will depend. Check the
request board
HTML http://www.fairytailrp.net/request-board/!
3. Earn them by selling items or in an auction. Do it now!

How
does this work?

4. Have someone give them to you for some reason or other (like
a bet). Huh?

How to measure jewel? Take off the two zeroes at the end (or
divide by 100) and you get the approximate US/Canadian
equivalent. In other words, one Jewel is pretty much one cent.
Confused? Don't worry - all you need is a calculator.
