       Rules about Adopting Charries!!

       So, if you've been considering adopting a character, or putting
       one out to adopt, please make sure you're very tactful. What
       does that mean?
       First of all, for adopting a character:
       -What roleplaying thread is this charrie gonna be in? Is this
       kind of character allowed in that board or thread?
       -Do I have permission to change any aspects of this character?
       Maybe I should ask first if I'm not sure.
       -If they don't choose me, I will not cause drama. It is the
       character creator's choice who to adopt it to, and they will
       choose who is most suitable.
       For those who wish to adopt out a character:
       -Can others change it, or not?
       -Have I provided enough information so they have a clear image?
       -Am I being discriminating? Eg. Saying not for noobs, etc.
       *If its a chara you worked hard on, you could maybe mention that
       it would be great for more experienced roleplayers. Or you could
       say that the character may not be suitable in a very civil way.*
