Possible new staff ranks?

The staff ranks, Junior Curator, Curator and Leader really don't
sound that appealing to me, I think that we should have them as
(Highest to lowest) Bureaucrat, and Moderator. I don't think a
trial rank in necessary, Please share your opinions.

Personally, I believe a Trail rank is mandatory. But, on the
other hand, I don't believe that "Leader, Curator and Junior
Curator" are the best either.
We have had that system before, and it worked fine, I support.

I support, But I also think that it could be Bureaucrat,
Administrator, Moderator.
Administrators would be involved in the community and the
Bureaucrats are the Background ones, but of course, they can
still post.
