What Moderators need in Return

Hello Facediary,
I've been sadly noticing that people have been attempting to put
down our Moderators, Fall, Lysi and Orion. Now forgive me for
being harsh, but I've had enough of your childish crap. Every
one of you that has been complaining. Life isn't fair, get over
it already. As Lysi said, "If you could go and do us all a favor
and go get a life." and I couldn't agree more. You have no place
here if you want to whine about the Moderators just because you
hate the premise of Mod's in general.
This is how I expect you to behave regarding Moderators:
☆~ Think we are biased? Well, trust me if you were a
Moderator you would understand how hard it is to mute your
friends. Because all the mods have friends and we are worried of
fighting with them about it.
☆~ You think we are not taking our job seriously? Well, if
you look at Lysi's count of time on Facediary. She has spent 22
hours of her life on Facediary, impressive isn't it? You have no
clue that behind her unserious exterier she takes her job very
seriously, and honestly, without her we would be no where.
Facediary wouldn't even exist. Your welcome.
☆~ Think our job is easy? Well, can you say that you spend
hours a day dealing with disrespectful, childish kids online,
constantly getting cyberbullied and abused and walked all over
with no pay? How would you feel?
All we ask for is your respect. We are not more important then
you, we are equal to eachother. Please.
and on that note, I'd like to welcome
