       Changing the way to become a staff member... again..

       Hello, Facediary!
       As you know we always make changes to staff ranks, and the way
       to become a staff, we hope that this decision will be our final
       one. We know this is getting annoying for our users.
       The staff ranks will now be this:
       Helper, Moderator, Administrator.
       and you will have to apply for staff.
