       May 2018 Experienced Facer Election

       Hello! We are needing new Moderators!
       Do you think you have what it takes to become a Community
       Moderator? Well, before you decide to make a speech, we need to
       set down afew requirements you must have:
       - Longer then a week on Facediary
       - You must have Patience, Commitment, Teamwork, and, Kindness.
       - More then 20 posts.
       - You are passionate you can make a difference and that you a
       ready for a commitment.
       - You are passionate that you can work with the rest of the
       team, e.g: Fang, Askui, Astar, Brook etc.
       - You are kind and welcoming to new members of Facediary.
       - Our Moderators are role models, they are leaders of our
       community.
       As a Moderator we expect you to...
       - To show consideration, constructivism, and willingness to help
       at all times, but, we do not mind if you make a few mistakes,
       everyone makes mistakes!
       - To have good communication skills, be able to deal with hard
       situations as good as possible and stay calm,
       - To ask for help if you need it.
       - Respect everyone regular users or even guests.
       - To be willing to be constructive with the feedback you give,
       but always stay kind, and accept that everyone makes mistakes.
       Information on this Election...
       - Here at Facediary, our elections may take a few hours up to a
       a few days, if you miss out, we are sorry, please feel free to
       enter yourself into the next Election!
       - We will choose as many Candidates as we need to become
       Moderators.
       To enter this Election...
       To enter this election, message LunarGolden who has volunteered
       to host the election, your speech (more important information on
       creating your speech down below)  She'll put all the speech's
       into a poll and then users of Facediary can vote on who they
       believe will improve Facediary for the better. Jayfeather
       (Askui) will announce the results.
       How to create a speech...
       It is pretty self-explanatory, create a quick or long speech on
       why you are passionate about becoming a Moderator and why you
       want to be one. Make sure to introduce yourself and share what
       changes you hope to make to the community.
