Pats Christian González became the highest paid CB in NFL
history by surpassing Devon Witherspoons deal from last month.
4yrs/$132 w $101M guaranteed. Mad loot. Ish bout to get sticky
icky in PHI w Q and Coop up next, especially Q. Hopefully,
Howie can break out his Mad Hatter economics and get it done.

Howie is a man who thinks ahead and makes tough decisions before
to pay who needs to get paid. He didn’t pay Blankenship and
won’t pay Ojomo.
He will pay Q. Coop seems up in air

Baker fn Mayfield who has never won anything is getting 3/165.
I’m thinking JH wants much more. Should have extended him last
offseason if possible

He’s in the 3rd year of his 5y contract. Might be more important
to see how Eyebrows does at least this year, if he runs, if he
can’t run as he gets older. Pay him later and more if need be.
But it’s scary because we have no one else right now. The QB
factory has a couple of guys at number 2, TitanicA and TitanicB.
And then a poor man’s Tim Tebow behind them.

If I remember correctly, JH does not have any guaranteed money
after this year. So I highly doubt he’ll play the next two
seasons without a new contract. I’m basically thinking this is a
walk year. He will either be extended, traded, or holding out
for a new contract.

We’ll see how he does, plus we’ll really get to see how much he
wants to win. Didn’t Brady not go for max blood so they could
keep players?
Let’s circle back on this after we win Super Bowl by four
touchdowns

it's after 2027...i dont think baker mayfield's contract will
play too much of a role in hurt's future.

Howie needs to offload some big contracts before paying his
secondary. AJ was a big one. Not sure how he will do it but I
expect both Q and Coop to get signed even with Carter's big
package this year. He needs lemon and Stowers to produce this
year as well. lane is another one with retirement and Bell will
be a big factor. Hopefully the cap goes up significantly too.
