       [glow=red,2,300]O[/glow]ffice [glow=red,2,300]O[/glow]f
       [glow=red,2,300]S[/glow]ecurity
       [glow=red,2,300]E[/glow]nforcement. It is a dedicated agency
       which help all other Law Enforcement Agencies in San Andreas to
       maintain crime free atmosphere. N.O.O.S.E is also known as ATF
       (Anti Terrorist Force) as we are in constant struggle against
       growing terrorism in San Andreas. Its prime responsibilities to
       assist all LEOs in following situations:
       1. Respond to Backup Calls.
       2. Handle Hostage conditions.
       3. Eliminating the terrorist attacks.
       4. Controlling Riots in city.
       5. Arresting Wanted.
       6. Providing any help LEO's required to maintained city crime
       free.
       NOOSE members are highly trained officers and usually have many
       years((months)) of experience in law enforcement. Each NOOSE
       operative was hand selected, that is why they are usually
       considered the best of the best.
       Each selected operative undergo highly level training program
       before serving to Country. And this training make NOOSE
       different from all other Law Enforcement departments.
