Premuim Vip toys.

I'd suggest new toys for the Premuim Vip, the Cmd would be like
/plattoys etc....
This Update can be found somewhere in ''forum.sa-mp.com'' As it
been already scripted.
Toys would be like:
Cane,Baseballbat,M4,AK47,Deagle,grey vest,beer bottle.
