I got a suggestion for the /government or /gov system.
Example for LSPD when its Leader uses /gov the color code is
Dark Blue where as when a SASD Sheriff uses the command /gov the
color will still be Dark Blue but it would be more better if its
color is changed to the SASD color code ie,Golden Brown.
The colors for each faction as follows:
1.LSPD - Current color
2.SASD - Golden Brown
3.FDSA - Red
4.NOOSE - Dark Red
5.FBI - Blue
6.Government - Grey
