       Noose Helipad.

       If you can make a Helipad on the Top of NOOSE Unity Station HQ
       Building and don't forget to make DD to go to the roof (Roof
       Access) and please make the Main HQ Gate highter because Newbies
       come there and jump.
       And if you can add some scary objects like Missiles Launcher and
       Miniguns.
