You add at "OnPlayerConnect" the lines: RemoveBuildingForPlayer

i use an editor, i simply select an object and press "delete"
button on keyboard and it gets deleted

Yeh but after you delete the buildings the resulted codes wll be
RemoveBuildingForPlayer and these have to be added on GM.
