       Attention citizens of Los Santos!
       Previously, the limited quantity of carrying materials on an
       arms dealer was 500 as reported by Los Santos Police Department,
       but due to couple of reports and requests, I have came to know
       that the trafficking has been increased a lot in past few months
       due to what crime is being promoted.
       So, finally, I have decided to curtail the limited quantity of
       500 to 0. Therefore, anyone found with materials no matter what
       so ever the limit is, will be charged and jailed accordingly by
       LEO's along with a heavy fine. So, avoid it for your own
       betterment.
