       created to protect and serve the outer areas of Los Santos and
       the highways, therefore they should not enter Los Santos unless
       the reasons mentioned below;[/center]
       [list][*]There is a very big situation in LS (this has to be
       something very critical)
       [*]The SAST is escorting someone to Los Santos (for example:
       City Hall, LSPD etc)
       [*]When there is a chase going on, which started from the outer
       areas of Los Santos and the suspect is entering Los Santos.

       SASD should still inform LSPD about it if applicable in the
       above situations.
       SASD should always inform LSPD or FBI about their entrance to
       Los Santos otherwise, then it is up to the Government
       members(preferably executive members), if they will allow them
       and they think if it is needed. SASD should not enter Los Santos
       if there is nothing critical going on.
