State Laws overview - The laws of San Andreas will now be added
as acts, according the new laws effect system, with detailed
information about the law act in the respective situation.[b]
[size=medium]Legislative Order No. 1 - Traffic Bill[/center]
Law. 00-0000 - 10.- Drive on the right side of the road.
Law. 00-0001 - 10.- No driving under the influence of drugs or
alcohol.
Law. 00-0002 - 10.- No driving on airport landing strips.
Law. 00-0003 - 10.- No parking in the middle of the roads, or
not thought out places.
Law. 00-0004 - 10.- No bulky vehicles allowed on public roads.
Law. 00-0005 - 10.- Any kinda of races are illegal in any public
area of Los Santos and surrounding areas.
Law. 00-0006 - 10.- Hydraulic and Nitro Oxide (NoČ [NOS]) are
Illegal modifications:
Faction members are allowed to use it in high sensitive
situations.
Civilians are not allowed to use it in any situations.
Law. 00-0007 - 10.- Neons, performance, body parts change and
painting are Legal.
Law. 00-0008 - 10.- Driving over the rail-roads strictly
illegal, drivers must use the provided spots to drive over the
railroad.
Law. 00-0009 - 10.- Driving inside the sewers is strictly
illegal.

Law. 00-0009 - 20.- MP5's are all Middle Class weapons, they are
illegal unless you have special permission to use them.
Law. 00-0010 - 20.- AK47's, M4's, Spas12's and Sniper Rifles and
weapons with silencers are all strictly illegal. Only members of
the LSPD, FBI, Prison Guards are allowed to use them.
Law. 00-0011 - 20.- If a faction member is off-duty, he/she
cannot carry any illegal guns with him/her unless you have
permission to use them or if you are undercover.
Law. 00-0012 - 20.- It is also illegal to have any melee weapons
such as; Katana, Knuckles, Pool Cue, Shovel.
Law. 00-0013 - 20.- Possession of any amount of materials is

Law. 00-0013 - 30.- Helicopters are legal to fly aslong as you
keep a safe distance between you and the ground, and rooftops.
Law. 00-0014 - 30.- The Los Santos Air Traffic is currently
owned by the Los Santos LEA's (FBI and LSPD) and the
Government's Air Traffic Control, any citizen with flying
licenses are allowed to fly over the Los Santos Air Traffic by
notifying the LEO's or Governments Air Traffic Control.
Law. 00-0015 - 30.- All Air Traffic out of the Los Santos city
are owned by the National Guards, citizens are only allowed to
exit of the Los Santos Air Traffic by notifying and asking
permission for the National Guard Air Traffic Control.(LEO's are
allowed)

Law. 00-0014 - 40.- Prostitution is strictly illegal.
Law. 00-0015 - 40.- The use and possession of crack are also
strictly illegal, you will be arrested if you are caught doing
them, your crack will also be confiscated.
Law. 00-0016 - 40.- Pot is legal as long as you have no more
then 0.5 ounces ((5)), if you do have more then 0.5 ounces on
you, you will be arrested and the pot will be confiscated.
Law. 00-0017 - 40.- LEO's must not have ANY kind of Materials,
Weed or Crack **** even if it's 1 gram.

Law. 00-0018 - 50.- If you are caught breaking or damaging any
state property such as street lamps, fences, or gas stations.
You will be fined a very large ticket in order to pay for the
damages, and if it is bad enough you will be arrested.
Law. 00-0019 - 50.- Rape is illegal.
Law. 00-0020 - 50.- Murder and Attempted Murder are illegal and
will be under City jurisdiction if caught.
Law. 00-0021 - 50.- Any kind of assault whether by firearm or
using melee weapons is illegal.
Law. 00-0022 - 50.- City Vandalism or any kind of Vandalism is
illegal.
Law. 00-0023 - 50.- Police Officers are not allowed to arrest
suspects without valid evidences, they must keep the suspect in
custody until an valid evidence arrive: This will be considered
Corruption and the Officer(s) will have his(their) badge
removed.
Law. 00-0024 - 50.- Suspects being arrested by FBI for
case-files have now the right to check the evidences (Only the
evidences, not the whole case-file) with his lawyer present
before being sent to the Demorgan Facility.
Law. 00-0025 - 50.- Entering the Los Santos/San Fierro/Las
Venturas airport without a valid licenses is against the
