Why do you wish to join the Los Santos Police Department?

I'm strong brave will each do what I can to save the city I will
injure the less police but they do their job as good as possible
I will help all citizens in the city as I can and as best I can
and have experience that once in front of me a few years running
the Milan Police in Italy. I will not be criminals in the city
and I minimize the level of crime.

Hello my name is Michael Richardo and I was born in Italy,Roma
1983 for father was RPD(Roma Police Department)Chief and for
mother was Roma Emergency Medical Service Manager.My mother want
I be NG Commisoner and my father want I be President of United
States.In 1990 my dad go to special mission with Roma Police.He
is need to stop an bank robbery,when he comes to the places with
the other cops they close the area,told to the robbers out but
they does'nt out.My dad send 5 cops to enter with weapons to
stop them but they kill only 1 robber and hurt 1 robber and they
all died,later my dad was engry because they wait about half
day.My dad take 4 cops with his and they enter to the bank.My
dad kill the hurt robber but the 3 more robbers start shoot one
all cops without see,the cops take a grenade and throw it on the
robbers.Only 1 died and later they shoot again and all cops died
but only my dad still alive,he takes the Deagle of other died
cop,shoot on head of one robber the other one see it,start shoot
on him but before he kill my father,my father(Mano
Richardo)shoot one bullet on the head of the robber.My father
was so hurt,when the medical services come,they told his died on
the place.One day later a officer come to my house,my
mother(Yulia Richardo)comes to open and he see officer,the
officer told to us:"Hello I'm Staff Seargent Johnson,Mano is
died in the bank robbery stop.I'm sorry for you".We start to cry
and we will sad.After 3 years my mother told to me this is
dangerous in Italy so we moved to United States,Los Santos.This
is was 1993,my mother find a job in All Saints General
Hospital,She was walks out from the hospital to home,Suddenly a
black Sentinel with 4 guys stop near here 2 guys out with Desert
Eagles and my mother starts to runs,they shoot every robber on
her leg and she falls and cant move,the robbers take her money
and he try to escape again,but the robbers get in the
Sentinel,other robber with Katana out and takes off his head and
he dead.1 Day later a officer come to my house,he told to
me:"Hello,My name is Captain Castilo,your mother Yulia is
dead,I'm sorry".I Start to cry and I was sad.Since I start to
studys medical and in 1996 I I swore I would help all people in
need and I will take revenge on those who killed my father and
my mother and take care of crime in the city will be
minimizedץ
