       1:Junior Administrators:Be acctive, don`t insult the
       staff/players/don`t make abuse of your powers.
       2:General Administrators:Be acctive, don`t insult the
       staff/players/don`t make abuse of your powers.
       3:Senior Administrators:When you move houses fine players
       200,000$,request permision to create cars/houses/hq`s,don`t give
       away restricted cars,Platinum VIP can`t be given without
       donations or Owner`s permision.
       4:Head Administrators:Be acctive and take care of other lower
       administrators.And help on reports.
