Cant connect to our server?

For those who are not able to connect to our server in this new
IP
1)Since we haven't updated our server to 0.3x you are requested
to removes your current 0.3x samp version and use 0.3e version
of samp. And We will update our server as soon as possible.

Hell, i got SAMP 0.3x and now can't download the 0.3e, can
someone help me?
Where i download it lol.
